Payment Upon Registration

The Registration, Processing & Storage Fee is payable upon registration. If, for any reason, the stem cells are not collected or stored successfully, you will receive a full refund on any unused Processing & Storage Fees. For example, if the cord tissue is successfully collected and stored but the cord blood is not, the applicable cord tissue fees will still apply.

Balance Payment

The Registration Fee will be paid upon registration and the remainder upon notification of successful storage of the stem cells.

Please note that by selecting a payment plan, you agree to a compulsory debit order and a monthly administration fee, which is included in the monthly installment payments.
